Terms and Conditions
Pay via credit/Debit card:
You can purchase any of the original artworks (other than those in the sold room) instantly, by clicking on the 'Buy Now' link next to the painting.
You will then be directed to Paypal - All you need is a valid credit or debit card - there's no need to be a member of paypal to pay online.
(PayPal, are the trusted leader in online payments, and enable buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. Paypal takes your security very seriously and your credit card details are never revealed to me or anyone else.)
Pay by Cheque or Bank Transfer:
UK shoppers also have the convenience using alternative methods of payment.
I also accept payment via Cheque or Bank Transfer.
When paying via Cheque or Bank Transfer please email me first to let me know (via the 'Contact' link on the left) the title of the artwork you would like to purchase, and the address that you would like your order sent to.
I will reply as soon as possible to confirm your order and give you the relevant details you need to complete your order.
Please note: There is no need to click on the ‘Buy Now’ button when ordering offline – as soon as I receive your order I will mark the artwork you have requested as ‘Sold’.
(Payments via Cheque will require clearance before your artwork can be posted, but I will keep you up to date at all times.)
Delivery:

Delivery will be made by Parcelforce and should arrive within 5 days of order confirmation (or Cheque clearance), but please allow a maximum of 10 days for delivery.
I do deliver overseas, but please be aware that delivery time may be longer and certain conditions may apply. Please contact me if you have any queries.
Cancellation/Refunds:
You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you receive the goods (the statutory minimum is 7 days).
Notice of cancellation should be sent to paul@griggs83.freeserve.co.uk ( or via the ‘Contact’ link on the left) - cancellations must be received in writing.
Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent.
Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g. paypal refund, Cheque etc.).
